The misdemeanor assault and battery case against Nicole Cole of the Spotsylvania County School Board was dismissed today by Judge Gene A Woolard.
Judge Woolard said today:
“Clearly and unfortunately, it appears there is a lot of hostility among School Board members. The case reminds me of things I tell couples. The only thing important is the child. This is kind of the same situation. The only thing that should be important to the School Board is the education of children.”
The Advance will have more on this case later today.
