D-Day Commemoration Begins at 6 P.M.
Eighty years on, D-Day remains a defining event in American history and society. Come remember those who served; and ponder the sacrifices that freedom demands.

Tonight at 6:00 PM, the City of Fredericksburg and the Sister City Association will host a commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the D-Day invasion that turned the tide of the Second World War. It will take place at the Fallen Heroes Memorial at 531 George Street.
