The agenda for Tuesday’s Fredericksburg City Council meeting includes two proclamations; a list of five items on the consent agenda; appointments to the school division’s Elementary School Naming Committee, the Arts Commission, and the Towing and Recovery Advisory Board; and four action items on the city manager’s agenda.
Proclamations
Council will present one for retiring police lieutenant Scott Worley and one for Arts Commission Chair Kenneth Lecky.
Action Items
First and second read of a resolution to amending the fiscal year 2025 budget to carryover fiscal year 2024 capital funds related to the Annual Asphalt Rehabilitation Program.
First and second read of a resolution to amend the fiscal year 2025 budget to appropriate grants for the Fredericksburg Police Department.
First read and approval of a resolution making appointments to the Board of Equalization.
First and second read amending City Code to allow the Commissioner of Revenue and the Treasurer to issue refunds from assessment adjustments.
City Manager’s Update
