Oh, and once again - thanks for excellent reporting Ms Uphaus. This lady is truly carrying the load at the Advance.

Clearly, Twigg and his attorney were not so confident they had a solid case if they opted for a jury trial. We shall see if the court accepts this plea agreement. I’m curious to know what exactly Twigg was willing to receive with regard to consequences...I assume his primary goal was no jail time. That still leaves fines, probation, house arrest, etc. on the table. I’m grateful for this admission of guilt. Prior to now, his fan base has sworn he would have these charges dismissed or would be acquitted...apparently Twigg and his attorney know he is in hot water and will be found guilty if this goes to trial.

Welll......nah. Nothing.

Res ipsa loquitor, eh, Mr. Kenney? The Republican standard indeed.

Though I've now got a new favorite for the next Republican nominee for Governor, under the law and order banner...... : )
