Following a contentious closed-session meeting of the Spotsylvania County School Board, Phelps is caught on police body cams talking about being 'removed' and being 'bullied.'
I was in attendance at this meeting in person. These videos of her public behavior and ranting is exactly what I witnessed.
Based on her public behavior at this and at other board meetings, Spotsylvania residents, especially parents of students who attend our public schools, should have concerns about Phelps' desire to make decisions that best serve students and our public school division.
Pay close attention to her comments from the dais to staff members. She appears to be insinuating that the school board will target them. It is significant to note that at the time of this meeting there were very few people present. The audience consisted mainly of school division staff from the central office and a very small number of members of the public.
At this time in the meeting the livestreaming and microphones were not working. I witnessed the person who is generally at the meetings running the livestream. He appeared to be working diligently to get the streaming and microphones working. Phelps is insinuating that the "media" (livestream and microphones) not working was intentional. I saw no indication of that.
This isn’t breaking news; it’s part of a pattern from Phelps. Maybe we should FOIA more of these. Then yall would get a better picture of Lisa Phelps’ behavior off camera.
People don’t get the full picture of these meetings unless they’re attending in person. Back at the meeting regarding the community input for the superintendent search, she whined about being bullied by the other board members to the two people from the firm not once (before the meeting began) but twice (again during one of the “breaks” she and Gillespie caused).
Please report on the pattern of behavior here. There is one and people need to understand that.
She definitely could use some. As do some of her friends. From what I’ve seen off camera, this is a pattern of behavior and it needs to be reported as such.
Lisa Marie Phelps is psychotic and sociopathic. She came to marshfield missouri with Eric Daniel Kiss and they were looking to establish residency in a rental home and before they could accomplish that they got into an argument and she called the sherrif dept. making claims that Mr. Kiss was making terroristic threats. He abandoned her and she contacted me with a call for help and being the good christian man I am I offered her shelter from the elements with a room of her own and bedding to have a home under the condition she become employed or get resource for herself. I helped herand Eric with money because their stories were fantastic and sensational so I became curious. The cat barely escaped a horrible fate. The first 3 months went fine and I was able to help her get a job and provide transportation back and forth to work and she was there about 3 weeks or so and she started problems with her supervisor and did something against store policy that she was not supposed to do. She got fired and I told her she needed to make alternative plans to staying in my home. That is where a complete change in demeaner happened and the threats started. False police report allegations, online media slander and libel and so much more. She poisoned my food and another occupant in the home who were not buying her false narratives anymore allegedly. We are not sure what was used because neither one if us went to the hospital as we should have. She told people I was holding her hostage online while being able to come and go as she pleased and then returned of her own volition. Lisa Marie Phelps is not well mentally. I do not know her past other than what she has said but seeing her incredulous behavior I do not believe anything she says anymore. She also came into my room with a knife while I was sleeping one morning and my dogs woke me and as I opened my eyes I was instantly in fear for my life and told her to leave my room immediately and she smiled with a grin and slowly turned around and walked out. I am slightly immobilized due to an occupational injury for right side sciatica. I was concerned because a court case was filed for a protection order and she was ordered not to speak to me while in the home until the court case and she constantly tried to goad me into a confrontation or snide remarks. She was also conspiring with others on social media and they were instructing her on methodologies and ways to attack me so she could prevail in her nefarious actions. Her quote" no I tried that, no I tried that, no you don't understand. I've tried everything you've told me to do and none of it's worked" she was on my front porch and I heard her and the other people on her device becaise they were on speakerphone and I could hear it from my window. I got my protection order and she was gone. Shortly after that she flew back to Georgia. I can only imagine who else she has done this to and who else life she has tried to destroy. I wish I knew who those conspiring with her were. I was only able to get one name and that is Brooke Federline on Telegram and the one who gave the money for her defense Ryan no last name known. Excellent reporting. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior by Ms' Phelps to the citizens, students, teachers, and fellow board members of the Spotsylvania County Schools. Hats off to the board members who continue to give their time and talents to help our students and staff succeed among such outrageous outbursts.
