At 9 p.m., Senator Tim Kaine (D) is leading opponent Hung Cao (R) by about 3 percentage points, with 1,312 of 2,536 precincts reporting.
In the 7th Congressional District race, Democrat Eugene Vindman has 51.5% of the vote to Derrick Anderson’s 48.2%, with 145 out of 193 precincts reporting.
