I am taking today to make final preparations for tonight’s debate, and look forward to seeing you there tonight. If you haven’t signed up, there’s still time.

I am also wrapping up things in the classroom. It’s the last day of school in Stafford County.

Allow me to send a thank you note to all the teachers and administrators who have welcomed me into their family this year, and wish each of them a wonderful summer break. Believe me, they’ve earned it.

Regardless of your connection to education, take some time today to say thank you to a teacher. Your words of support will mean a great deal.
