Spotsy has been the fiscal agent, but Stafford is taking over. Also, April Gillespie, Spotsy's representative on the CGS Board, missed six out of nine meetings in the past two years.
No doubt Taylor and Gillespie knew Spotsy would lose this opportunity with her on the panel. Their intentions on sowing doubt and chaos weren’t exactly hidden. Stafford was right not to trust them.
I wonder how many of the students are Berkley residents? It appears Gillespie doesn’t want to do her job when surrounded by people who aren’t fully opposed to publicly funded education.
I’d like to see her reprimanded as well; clearly there is a pattern, though I’d be happy with her being written up for meetings she’s missed so far this year.
