When will the necessary water infrastructure be in place? Who will pay for it? What will be done in the meantime? Will the conditions of the 2005 MOU be met? Where will the electrical infrastructure be placed? What is the city prepared to invest to make sure community concerns are met? It was prepared to invest millions to get the Veterans medical facility. These are just a few questions that council had at least a year to address and didn’t.
