The Stafford Board of Supervisors meets on Tuesday at 5 p.m. The agenda includes three presentations and four action items, several of them related to budgeting school division end-of-year savings.
Consent Agenda
There are 22 items on the consent agenda, including:
Approval of minutes from the March 11 work session; the March 12 joint budget work session with the School Board; and the March 18, March 25, and April 1 regular meetings.
Appointments to the Germanna Community College Local Advisory Board, the Rappahannock Emergency Medical Services Council, and the FAMPO Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee.
Proclamations for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and Emergency Medical Services Week; designating Stafford a Stroke Smart county; and beginning Stafford’s observance of America 250.

Development Services will report on the Neighborhood Stormwater Infrastructure Grant program
Action Items
Approval of budget amendment appropriating school year-end savings for replacement Chromebooks and classroom computers, and for purchase of Blackjack Road warehouse property for stroage.
Appropriating capital projects funds for purchase of land for Drew Middle School replacement project.
Approval of work order to renovate Potomac Hills Fire and Rescue Station, turning it into an emergency medical services training center.
