This kind of year-end digest really showcases why local journalism matters more than national coverage in a lot of ways. The education reporting you're doing cuts through the noise of culture war stuff and focuses on what's actualy affecting kids and families day-to-day. I've seen too much national media turn school boards into proxy battles instead of covering what's happening in classrooms. Good work highlitng the on-the-ground stuff that shapes communities.
